Teacher Recommendations
* For grades K-6: one (1) recommendation is required
* For grades 7 and 8: two (2) recommendations (English and Mathematics)
* For Pre-School: recommendation from the previous pre-school teacher
Request for Release of Student Information form:
* Report Cards
* Standardized Testing Results
* Teacher, Counselor and/or other Staff comments
* Health Record
* Attendance Record
* Transfer Records
* A copy of all specialist evaluations (i.e., psychologist, speech therapist)
* Any available, dated samples of student’s work
Recommendation forms are included in the Application Materials Packet. These recommendation forms should be delivered to the applicant’s school by the parent and returned directly to The McClelland School’s Admissions Office by the applicant’s school.
