The McClelland School is currently seeking a director of enrollment and marketing.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
● Experience and demonstrated success working in marketing, sales, social media or graphic design.
● Excellent verbal, written and communication skills; the Director of Enrollment and Marketing will provide the primary leadership for an active enrollment and retention plan.
● Strong relational skills and ability to collaborate with a variety of people from differing backgrounds with empathy and enthusiasm.
● Familiarization with budget planning and execution.
● Flexible, adaptable, creative and critical thinker.
● Ability to adapt to changing technological needs and update skills that support essential job functions.
● Brings a genuine passion for engaging with a community of people from diverse backgrounds and a strong commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Performing Arts Teacher
The McClelland School seeks a Performing Arts Teacher for preschool through eighth grade. The ideal candidate understands child development and leads joyful, engaging classes with charisma, humor, energy, and a strong ability to connect with and inspire students. This role collaborates closely with colleagues and helps bring performances and community traditions to life.
Pre-School Teacher
The McClelland School is expanding our early childhood department, and we are seeking a qualified preschool teacher to join our threes and young fours classroom teaching team for the 2026-27 school year. As a preschool teacher at The McClelland School, you will have a crucial role in fostering the early development and education of young children. Our preschool teachers work closely with our team of elementary and enrichment teachers. Our mission is to foster a safe environment for community, curiosity, and critical thinking. This is the foundation on which we operate and make all educational decisions.
